Defective or incorrect products:
- Returns are accepted only on defective or incorrect products through the fault of alldecohome.gr
- If the products you received are different from the ones you ordered or noticed a factory defect, you must first send us photos in digital format to the email: sif1@otenet.gr. In case we accept their return, for the shipment they must be in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have been carefully sealed, their packaging has not been violated and they have not been assembled.
- The return is accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. Outside Athens, the return shipping to the Athens agency must have been covered by you after the receipt and as soon as our fault is established, we undertake the credit of the amount. Within Athens, the changes - returns are made if you transfer the products you want to change to the headquarters of the factory, Avlona, Attica.
- To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order and before your signature, the condition of the products and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg knocked or broken merchandise, wrong item etc).
- In case of a defective product, after all the above are confirmed and if it is not possible to repair it by sending a spare part or part of the product at our expense, then the replacement can be done only if the product is available. Otherwise a refund is made.
- The refund is made by deposit in the customer's bank account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt and control of the returned products.
- For customized products which are made to the customer's order, returns are not accepted unless they are defective or incorrect products in which case they are subject to the policy "Defective or incorrect products" referred to in the above paragraph or if the products are under warranty.
