The transfer from our headquarters to the transport agency in Athens is free, from the transport agency to the customer is a charge of the customer.
With a transport company of his choice (his own partner or transport proposed by us). If you wish the delivery to be made "at your door", the charge from the transport warehouses to your address will be borne by you in any case

- FREE for orders over 100 € with our companys truck
- With a charge of 10 € for an order less than 100 €.
- Free COD's COD without charge for an amount up to 300 €.
OUT OF ATHENS

- FREE for orders over 1000 € (concerns collection from the transporters warehouses in the nearest area of your address).

Terms and conditions
- In case you are on an island or in an inaccessible area and you want to pick up at your address, we can help you determine the cost of transportation.
- You should also be aware that the delivery of the goods by the transport companies is done "on the sidewalk", they do not undertake the delivery inside the house or the store. In summary, the cost of transport is borne by the customer and is paid by him in the transport upon receipt based on the document that will be presented to him, except in cases of special agreement.
- Payment of the transportation cost to the agency is made on the day of delivery of the product. Our company is not involved in agreements between customers and transport companies.
- The transport of goods with a transport company is done by order and responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt from the transportation agency the Customer is obliged to open the package to CHECK - before removing it from the agency and where this is not possible, you sign "with reservation", noting in the original document and copy any comments ( eg torn packaging etc).
